She can supply you with information on the best Estate Agents in the area, recommend and introduce you to reputable architects, technical architects (surveyors), builders, skilled artisan craftsmen, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and all other utility companies including landscape gardeners.
She can assist you through the design stages with the architect and technical architect and then help you, with the technical team, submit the necessary plans and documents that are required for you to be able to apply for permissions and building licenses from the planning departments in the town halls.
Sarah co-ordinates with all personnel on the project. This includes liaising with you the client and acting as a co-ordinater between the client, the builders and the utility companies at the time of obtaining the quotes and throughout the duration of the entire project, supervising the design and co-ordinating the build on a daily basis.
