Sarah has worked on many projects that required extensive restoration work, (listed buildings included) sympathetically restoring properties to their former glory but also renovating for comfortable modern day living and remodelling the distribution of the rooms in the houses where necessary.

In many of the old rustic properties old reclaimed materials are sourced and used alongside more modern day requirements for underfloor heating, air conditioning and other such amenities.

Contemporary interiors can be designed to nestle comfortably in old rustic buildings. This is a popular style choice for many clients who want the old Mallorcan features but with the comfort of modern day contemporary living.
